- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
- Certain items, such as customized products, clearance items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Securely pack the item, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to our return address.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
